Return & Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at customercare@wildsuperfoods.com.

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all Wild Superfoods purchases. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not send your purchase back to our shipping fulfillment center. 

To Complete a Return:

1. Send us an email at customercare@wildsuperfoods.com, and Include the following things in the email...

    • Your Order #
    • Item(s) that you want to return.
    • Reason for return.

2. We will review your request and will respond with instructions on returning your item. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@wildsuperfoods.com with details of the damaged item(s), and we’ll get back to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, be sure to check your credit card and/or bank account, as there is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted. 

If 30 days have gone by and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@wildsuperfoods.com, so we can investigate and make sure your refund is received.

Shipping

To return your purchase, please contact us at customercare@wildsuperfoods.com. If approved, we will send you the mailing address to send your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchase. If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds granted are for product cost only and do not include original shipping cost paid by the customer. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If there was a mistake on our end and you need to return a product, please contact us at customercare@wildsuperfoods.com. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label for returning the unopened item(s) back to us.
